Wrist pain.

I have begun to experience a lot of wrist pain on my plucking hand while playing. I have tried lowering the bass to get into a more ergo position but not much help. It's on the top side of the wrist not the bottom like carpal tunnel. Anyone have similar symptoms or remedies?

Could be a number of things.

I used to get bouts of tendonitis fairly often.

Stretch it off before playing? See if you can have a tutor or regular player comment on your playing style. Exercise to try and strengthen up a bit?
