Now she's saying she didn't really do that. Her point was to prove that the public is a bunch of "gullible weenies". What a tool.

That would have made for some interesting art.

I think she has a fair point, but has mistaken her target. It isn't just the public who are gullible...this seems to be yet another case of journalists failing in the most basic element of their "profession", basic fact checking.

On a more general point: If the public are told the same lies over and over again, with no real way of checking things out for ourselves, who can blame us for believing them. The real gullibility comes when we trust our news sources.

If that was real, I would have flown to Yale, just to punch her in the face.

This is disgusting.

First she makes a fraudulent claim to pervert human life in a way that crosses the line on so many levels.

Than she has the audacity to claim it's to prove our 'guilibility'.

What a bitch!

I cannot comprehend how anyone would constitute either of those as 'art' they are both pathetic stunts in my eyes.

I want to puch her in the ovaries till she bleeds from her eyes/

People make fraudulent claims every day. Sometimes in court. But:

"Girl Claims To Make Art With Aborted Fetuses, But Doesn't Really"

isn't much of a headline.

Despite being a hoax, I'd still say she was a disgusting piece of sub-human excrement, that is the only way I can conceive that she can make light of such matters!

Wow. I've heard of "suffering for your art", but really.

I guess I am the only one who thinks that is a form of art.

Body modification/abuse/etc is still a form of art. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so to say. Who are you to say what is art or not?

True, but how do you go about checking those particular facts?

"Hello ma'am, Joe Shmoe for Daily News. We're just gonna have to take a look up in there to make sure everything corroborates with your story..."

Now that's investigatory journalism!

So you're saying degenerate behaviour befitting of cretins is art? Fine, but it's still degenerate.
