I don't know what gives folks the idea that it's cool to go and beat up random strangers. I don't think the pandemic has made its way over here to the West Coast yet...
I'd be interested to know what is going on inside the minds of these kids to make them think that this is the thing to do.
We used to do stupid mob things when I was in High School. I look back at it and shake my head at myself...but it wasn't any sort of violence. We would either surround serenade a girl with one of the explicit songs that we made up, or "party boy" people (If you're familiar with jackass, you know what I mean by that).

Given the way our economy is going though, I wouldn't be surprised if we see more of this stuff, and if we eventually see riots on the same scale as those in the UK.
