Yoko Ono is suing a 20-something female singer/songwriter whose REAL NAME is Lennon Murphy. The girl calls her band "Lennon" and registered a trademark for that name a few years back. Yoko is now accusing her of "falsely representing" herself, "diluting" the Lennon legacy and "causing confusion in the marketplace".
Here's the girl's side of the story: http://lennon.musiccitynetworks.com/index.htm?&loc=0
Oh, and by the way...

That's what Ms. Murphy calls it on her website, and several other website call it that too, but TMZ posted a copy of a legal document that's technically called a "Petition for Cancellation" of the trademark. http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/0211_yoko_wm.pdf
I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know if there's really a lawsuit involved here or not.

She should be imprisoned for crimes against humanity.
