My friend asked me today what I was afraid of and I honestly couldn't answer him. I have been thinking for a while now and I still can't think of anything I'm truly afraid of. I'm not afraid of death, spiders, heights, small spaces or anything normal.
I'll probably think of something.
How about you though? What are you afraid of?

| | ????????????? | | Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Lexington KY | | | I'm afraid of some kind of small mite crawling into my ear when I'm asleep. It would scurry up the ear canal until it found a nice warm home inside my ear drum were it would feast on dead skin, ear wax and lay hundreds of eggs.
I wouldn't know what was going on until enough mites have hatched and were crawling around inside of my skull to cause a perceptible static and clicking sound to emerge. At first I would think it was simply tinnitus and let it go, until one day my ears started to bleed uncontrollably and I went deaf before passing out and drowning in the puddle of ear-blood pooling around my head as I lay on the floor.
