Are you a fan of Gumbo? Personally I'm not that big a fan, but I'm from Canada, so I don't know much for much else.

There is a place in Del Paso Heights (Sacramento area) that has amazing gumbo. But it's in a very scary area. I wouldn't want to go there on my own. But it's really cheap and really deliciously superb.

You bet! My father-in-law makes a wicked deer sausage and shrimp gumbo.

If you are in Canada, you probably haven't had good gumbo!

My in-laws put a scoop of potato salad in theirs. when I first saw it, I was like what on earth are you doing. However, I have grown to love it now!

My fav is chicken and andouille.
