I had a gripe about the website. I took it to the webmaster he asked for details, kicked it to Turner and they seemed to agree and might actually do something about it.

That's more attention than I've ever gotten as a bass player.

Yes, it seems (to me) it's one of those "why didn't we think of this before" kind of things.

It could be in there already, although I don't haven't a clue to what it would take to implement it. It will be a cool addition if it's possible.

There where some ads on the boarder that had sound embedded in them. I won't go into details but briefly, that sound came blasting out of my big honken PC speakers, scared the dook out of me, scared the dook out of my dog who went balistic which woke my wife up after she had just gone to sleep after a 13 drive home from seeing her mom which in turn put me at the very top of her s##t list. The dog wasn't my best friend at that point either.

I expressed a somewhat less than enthusiastic opinion of the new talking ads to the webmaster. Apparently the powers that be were less than enthusiastic about them as well.

That's it? Now I'm disappointed. I was hoping JT had designed a mental link-up for us, so we wouldn't even need a computer to go to TB. Oh well....

I thought you had to search forum by forum - didn't know you could search the entire site all at once. Um, so how do you do that?

The pull-down "Search" menu at the top of every page, in the horizontal link menu in-between "New Posts" and "Quick Links."

Thanks. I kept looking for "Search" on the Home page but it's not there. Can't believe I didn't see it on the Forums page. Wish I could blame this on my bad eyes.
