What are some of your favorite hot sauces?

I personally like Tobasco Original on almost anything, especially pasta. Siricha goes well on most Asian ethnic foods.

i used to be a big tabasco fan, but i discovered this stuff called cholula at a chain burrito place near my house called qdoba. It has more flavor and a nice level of intensity, just right for me.

I am a former Tobasco fan who discovered that hot sauces can have heat and also flavor during my near permanent travel to New Orleans and the South East

depending on local availability I now use either Frank's Red Hot or Lousiana Brand

but Tobasco still has cooler neck ties than Frank's and/or Lousiana

all the best,

R

OM -

indeed, that is incredible chili sauce. I like the garlic chili version even better - the perfect compliment to breakfast eggs and hashbrowns

I've never tried that brand, but just looking at it makes me think that it's the kind that you'll regret a couple hours later.

I've used Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas to add to my nacho sauce. I once added too much and had to chug 3 Coronas to put out that fire.

For cooking hot, it is hard to beat this.

For cooking mild, with lots of flavor, I love this.

For table use, hot, this is decent.

For table use, medium, this is good

Everybody should have a bottle of this on the table. Nice flavor, and people who don't like hot stuff can handle it too.
