Each piece of bread with 8 strips of bacon and real roast turkey slices.
Each bread with 1 slice of American cheddar and 1 slice mozzarella cheese underneath the bacon.
Covered with homemade turkey gravy, no onions.
Topped with homemade turkey dressing to keep my fingers from touching the gravy made with lots of summer savory.
Fresh ground pepper. And toasted on the bottom.

I'd take one with garlic mayo (not the strange tasting american mayo), bacon and tomatoes. Toasted, coarse bread. |

My ultimate steak sammich...
Two 1" thick slices of sourdough - dress with garlic butter and grill
4 slices applewood smoked bacon - cook to moderately crispy
8 oz. filet mignon - grill to medium-rare, slice into 1/8" thick strips
Top steak with cognac-peppercorn cream sauce and crumbled bleu cheese |
