Yeah, a lot of the oriental beers are Lagers, like Tsingtao, Sapporo, Asahi, Singha & Kirin, so I see no reason why a european lager like Stella, Peroni, Heineken, et al wouldnt be just as suitable.
Actually, I dont care much for Lagers, and prefer Ales with my food, but I'll take an oriental Lager if Im dining out.
Like skwee, if Ive gotten take out Im much more likely to drink whatever is on-hand, usually a Stout, or Belgian Trippel.
