Is your state magnet or sticky?

sticky state - one in which the people born there stay there

magnet state - one that attracts lots of people born in other states

So for instance - 75% of Texans born in Texas stay there. Sticky state. Whereas about half of people born in, say, Vermont can't wait to get out.

Brad, I think you got those backwards.

Sticky states mean people born there stay.

Magnet means it attracts people to the state... like a magnet.

New Jersey is more of a sticky state, but not at the top of the list. We stay because of the Taylor Ham.

I'm on my iPhone. Flash don't work. I'm pretty sure California is a mixed bag.

Virginia is 49.4% magnet and 61.9% sticky, looks like we have the best of both worlds

DigMe failed. What dos tQ have to do with this? If anyone had any idea what state he lives in I'm sure it would instantly become a magnet state.

I shouldn't worry - they'll all be coming home soon - as their pensions and savings become worthless against the Euro!!

Unsurprising, FL is basically up high on both lists.
