I'l start with mine (in no particular order):
1. Arnold Scwarzenegger as The Terminator in T2
2. Arnold Scwarzenegger as Dutch in Predator.
3. Sigourney Weaver as Ripley in the Alien movies.
4. Terry O'Quinn as John Locke in Lost.
5. Bruce Willis as John McClane in Die Hard movies.
