| I haven't experienced that issue, but I haven't been able to log into my acct for about a week now. I have no idea what happened, but my user name and password just don't work anymore.
I tried to find customer service or help somewhere on the site and let me tell you - They seem to be absolutely impossible to get in touch with on a human-human level. No email addresses, no phone numbers, a veritable labyrinth of questions to take you to a few predetermined and mostly useless instructions for common problems.
I know that they have my correct address because I received an email asking what I thought of their "help," so I would assume that if someone changed my password or something that I'd receive that email there as well...It's really frustrating and I'd like to be able to a)sign in to my acct and b) know that someone out there isn't uploading videos of crazy acts involving 'little people' and donkeys on my account. |
