I had to restring it and tune it...it was a junior model..This one to be exact.
I really like the idea, but i wouldnt want a junior one. I dont want to be spending a ton, but i just want something to mess around with. Anybody have a clue where to get these? Ebay had some odd looking ones... |

It's the same instrument but with a set of keys that act as levers for felt mutes underneath the strings. You can hammer individual strings or strum true chords. On further inspection on wiki, a harpsichord is huge, so I have no idea what it really is or where she got it, but she calls it a harpsichord. She can't really play it, it sits under her bed. I've tinkered on it a few times. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpsichord

Anyways, it was just simple, and elegent. i dont need chords and keys and such that the harpsichord offers. |

edit: here you go. http://folk-instruments.musiciansfri...ker?sku=518470
