This isn't a pissing match. A massively widespread failure of your company's supposed answer to the iPod... that's just embarrassing! Sure iPods do screw up... but they don't all do it in a single synchronized move!

I still don't like the ipod however. To me (and it could just be me) the zune levels the volume of your playlist a lot better, and there is not nearly as much digital distortion with the zune. |
