cool little gig...
yesterday i got a friday night gig playing crazy out-there free form with a pianist in a small coffee shop . this seems kind of strange to me. has anyone had a similar gig?

Well, never in a coffee shop. But I've done a bunch of gigs with drummer Joe Gallivan. That's a guy that is not afraid to get waay out there.
