I've heard it as Omedetou or Omedeto. Omedeto was how they spelled it Romanji in my old college course. But I've never heard it Omedetsu. Wazzat?!?!

Like I said, I dint know. It's just most of the Japanese I've heard -etsu seems to be a common "suffix".
