Help ID Mozart piece

Can someone help me find a certain Mozart piece. All I can really do is describe it. I know that it is one of his most famous ones, it was a symphony (I think), it's also that one where it has a woman singing whistle notes*. I really need to find this piece, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

*whistle notes are those notes that are pretty much so high that it doesn't sound like a person anymore.

The only Mozart piece I know with "whiste notes" is the Queen of the Night aria from his opera The Magic Flute.
