HOLY #$%^!!!

That REALLY sucks!

Are there any other good downloader programs that don't pull stuff like that? How about Morpheus?

Yeah that figures.

So is there anything left? Audiogalaxy has everything blocked, Kazaa, and Morpheus screw your computer, and imesh doesn't have much stuff anymore.

Uh, I haven't used Morpheus since it became nessicary to use the Preview Version.

Is there gunk installed on my computer?
And will Kazaa re-install the software I just removed, as per that article Slain showed us?

Download and install Ad-Aware from this site. http://www.lsfileserv.com/

It will get rid of all spyware.

Just a quick thanks to y'all for the link to Ad-Aware. Interesting what I found lurking on my hard drive. It even found some spyware files on a piece software my wife had purchased (a mah jongg game from Egames).

That's all, I'm heading back up to BG now.

I'd like to say thanks as well. If you are looking for an alternetive to Kazaa & Morph... give DC++ (Direct Connect) a try. Or at least switch to Kazaalite "Same Great Taste, Less Spyware"
