I attended a "pre-premiere" concert for high school kids with my son at the Schermerhorn Center around 2 weeks ago and the new hall is great. The low strings sound much better than they did at Jackson Hall (you could barely hear them there!), and the acoustics in general are very nice. I'm looking forward to attending more programs this year.
