Dave, what is that near ? Near the Sedgewick perchance ?

It's on the corner of Green and Haines St., a few blocks up from Chelten Ave. The Sedgwick is pretty far up Germantown Ave. So I guess if you live in the burbs or Jersey they're close, if you live in Germantown or Mt. Airy they're not.
