Rugby and Bass?

Is this a good idea,... both very good for ones health (hehe), but not very conclusive to each other, I can't choose what one to be involved in more it is hard...

Why not both? I suppose if your are earning your living as a bassist with your hands then you have to weigh the risk of injury with your ability to earn a living. That said you can injure yourself more falling down the stairs.

Rugby is a great sport and I think has an unfair reputation as a violent sport. I played as a teenager in Scotland and still love the game.

In terms of risk, I used to race 100MPH+ shifter karts. I have never felt so alive when the adrenalin pumps in that sport. Now I ride mountain bikes on a regular basis and love the buzz of climbing a hill or getting through a technical trail plus I get fitter in the process.

I think being fitter makes me a better person and maybe even a better player. I also need the adrenalin kick regularly.

Sounds like a good way to put yourself out of the game for a little while. I guess I'm not one to talk I skateboard and constantly jeopardize the saftey of my hands.

Rugby no, Association Football (Soccer) yes.

Fan only, only danger of injury is opening a beer.
