| | | He also makes an amp(by custom order) called the Ohm Steak. It's a 200 watter version of the MS, but with a half power switch. That amp sounds like it'd be friggin amazing to have, and would be super versatile/capable of playing tons of venues without the 300w hassle.
On the other hand, I am gassing BAD for a Meatsmoke, and can't think of any other amp I'd wanna have. Well, besides the Reeves 225, but I am still on the fence there.
Any advice that MS(amp) owners could give me would greatly appreciated
I play mostly metal/sludge/down tempo/post rock/indie-ish stuff, so being versatile would be key. I will be getting either the MS/Ohm Steak in the next few months, so shoot some thoughts at me. I realize that I may not be getting a reply back until after Christmas, but that's okay. Merry Christmas!!!!!

| | | Walp, hello guys and gals.
Been a Verellen'er' for a good while now. I got Ben to build me my 1x12 cab which is oversized to 21"x21"x16" and runs a 400w Delta Pro 12" speaker. I'd been running a Sunn Sceptre and alternatively a Peavey RockMaster into the cab, but just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment from a house, so I went ahead and tracked down a Jet City JA20 Verellen Mod and couldn't be happier.
While Ben was having this end of year sale, I went ahead and got a new faceplate made for the amp that matches the cab:
I've also got NKUSigEp's old green stained #10 Big Spider (missed my original so bad after selling it, never gettting rid of this one)
I was thinking about talking to Ben and seeing if he could make me a spring reverb unit and preordering it before the end of the year. That's the only thing really left on my list as I couldn't be happier with my Verellen gear

| | | Hi Jwar
I don't have any bass demos yet, although I would like to do one sometime soon. I just to show how it sounds with the power tube breakup. That's really the only breakup you get out of it, it's an extremely clean amp. It's MORE than enough for the apartment haha
