I'm looking at that Spider also can it do subtle fuzz I'm thinking the smashing Pumpkins sound ? I'm thinking of emailing Ben to see if he can customize it for me I like the Skreddy Zero.

Why would you sell the Bluebeard? I love it so much I have two! Although I'll admit, I use it for guitar, not bass.

Also, I pulled the trigger on the Meatsmoke Pre-amp - I'm so damn excited…! And Ben is the sweetest dude in the world, an absolute pleasure to deal with. I only wish I could afford more stuff from the guy.

But yeah, I may not get mine until after the holidays, but I'll report back. I'm gonna be running the Meatsmoke into a GK 800rb - should get me very close to the SVT, if not better, methinks.

I think you will get there and then some anybody know what tubes are in the Meatsmoke I think there are three total I have a collection of vintage NOS tubes ......

My head came with a trio of JJ ecc803s tubes, I'd be willing to bet that's what is in the preamp pedals as well.

How good does that RatKing sound going through the MS Pre w the boost on? Real dirty, but still has that slicing rat sound. I love it

How does it react to a low B?
