Alright.
So my problem is that I get really low output from my unit.
There is no way I can run it into a power amp with out another pre because it is so quiet. When I change the switch in back from LINE ---to AMP it gets quieter. Is this supposed to happen?

I sent it back once because the volume kept dying on me after 30 seconds. Now I think it just doesn't put out what it should.

I have all the setting from the manual right, adn I ahve tried all the output setting I can. its not the pedal and I ahve to turn each channel volume up all the way just to hear it. I can run it into my eden 550 AUX IN and turn the master all the way up and its not above speaking level.

I have to turn the pad off and run it through the front and turn the gain all the way up, and I still am not hitting the compressor.

Probably wouldn't hurt to check around in the effects section.

Everything is off, no gate, no effects, no compressor, and even when I turn the amp section off and bypass everything its still not loud.

I added a True bypass effects loop switcher in front if it and I have found that if I turn up everything on a preset amp section and leave everything else off I ca get to about the same volume as my bass alone puts out. But if I don't crank the gain and EQ and only crank the Volume it is only about 1/2 as much signal as my bass alone.

Just tried the DI out and it is about 10dB louder than the bypassed signal straight from my bass. (I am checking using Logic Pro on my computer.)
