105Q Wah problem!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
Well, I bought a 105q bass wah from a TBer a few weeks ago. When I first plugged it into my DC brick, everytime I leaned back on the pedal(clicked) i get a really loud popping noise. I tried it with another bass, and it was still there, even tried it with a regualr 9v battery and it didnt go away. Anything you might know of thats causing this or a way to fix it?

Open it up and twist the trimpot. Delay and pop will go away.

It's on the board. It's right under the space for the battery. Turn it all the way clockwise. Looks like a gear kinda.

I turned it clockwise and it just seems to rotate(doesnt get tighter) and the pop is still there...I noticed the delay was varying though...
