3BOD at 12V?

Sign in to disble this ad
Question Please....

I notice both the BJFE and MP 3BOD list the voltage supply at 8V-12V

I currently am running running 4 pedals off a Voodoo lab ISO-5, which has:

Three 9V outputs
One shared High MA 9V/12V output (I use a tuner on the 9V here which would be off whenever the 12V is activated, so its ok to use both since they won't draw MA at the same time anyway)
One 18V output (useless to me at the moment)

So the other regular 9V outputs are powering:
Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk B
Fuzzrocious Free Candy
Fuzzrocious Dark Driving

I only need/want/have room to add one more pedal, which will be one of my 3BOD's.....

Any concerns about running them at 12V?

Should I switch the ISO-5 for a DC Brick?

For anybody else who owns either BJFE also....I'm getting the feeling 12V is not only ok but could be even desirable.
