4-in-1 Fuzz, what was the manufacturer?

Hi guys, help me out here. I stumbled across a link here on TB a while back and now I can't find it anymore....
A link to the page of this guy who made really awesome effects including a 4-in-1 Fuzzbox with an enormous amount of knobs and switches and 4 of those cool needle type meters. I believe it was red with wooden sidepanels.

If you've seen it ones I'm sure you know what I mean! Pretty insane!!!
