I was getting ready to say, if the Tube Screamer wasn't number 1 was going to call the entire thing hogwash lol.

No tone snob guitarist I know doesn't at least keep one around.

An awful lot of current, modern pedals on that list; I suspect advertising bias. And no mention of the Brassmaster? Puh-LEEZ...

+1. Just about every guitarist I know has either some kind of Tube Screamer, or a Boss Blues Driver, or both.

If they do this with chorus pedals, a hundred bucks says the top ten will go something like this:

1. Boss CE-5
2. Boss CH-1
3. Boss CEB-3
4. Boss CE-20
5. Line 6 Space Chorus
6. MXR Black Label Chorus
7. Danelectro Cool Cat
8. Visual Sound H20
9. EHX Nano Clone
10. Digitech Hardwire CR-7 Stereo Chorus

I hate their lists. The "Best Bassists Of All Time" one is the most infuriating thing I've ever read on the internet. Paul Gray (Slipknot) is number three.

And John Myung is on that list. And not Beefcake the Mighty. Aye, 'tis a sad, sad world in which we play bass.

Assuming that it's a list based on guitar and not bass:

Boss BD-2 #13 and Ethos Overdrive #30?!
Boss SD-1 #16 and BlackStone Overdrive #36?!

ZVex Fuzz Factory an overdrive? Since when?

I just realized that the Cool Cat isn't a bad pedal, and that the only thing that prevented me from buying an H20 was the Roland JC-55 I bought instead.
