90s model vs 00s model

I am a bit of a vintage freak. Looking to buy a 105Q Bass Wah and a Tech 21 Sansamp Bass Driver DI. Just wondering whether there is any significant quality/parts/features difference between the 90s production line and the now production line for these two models? Thanks.
