sounds correct. you wired the send to the input of the circuit, and the receive to the output?

id say check the connections.

I'm assuming the pot is wired correctly (one outer lug to the tip of the receive jack, middle lug to the tip of the output jack, other outer lug to the end of the buffer circuit.) Which effect are you trying to blend? Use some extreme settings to make sure the effect is not being all subtle and coy.

I'm assuming you have added a power source and ground connection to the Opamp? They are missing from that schematic.

Is it acting like a volume to your effects loop or your clean? If it is voluming your effect (likely) the problem is in the wiring of the fet section. If it is voluming (verb?) your clean, your problem is on the effect side. Maybe you already have this dialed I don't know.

What exactly is it doing? What does it sound like at the extreme ends of the pot rotation and in the middle.

Are you positive you don't have the source and drain on your FET reversed? Again, as another poster asked, is it acting as a volume for your effect, or for your clean? If you are positive the FET is connected correctly, can you please post your DC voltage at both drain, source, and gate.

Just so you know.

it's acting a volume for the effect not the clean. The lil bit that sticks out on the FET goes to the ground amirite?

I thought you were supposed to replace the opamp with that circuit, so that "lil bit" should go into the blend pot, no?

Correct. The -ve side of the 10uF cap goes to the blend pot.

EDIT: I updated the schematic to make it more clear.

Test if it's working still? i'm not sure but did you damage it by wiring it wrongly the first place?

EDIT: What's GSD?
