Aggressive overdrive sound

Hi, i'm italian and this is my first thread on this forum.

i've been looking for a Converge/Robotosaurus/Botch bass sound for a very long time, and i'm still confused about the gear to try (fuzz pedal? pure distortion pedal?). What pedal can be my right choice?

Converge - Boss ODB-3, Big Muff
Botch - Ibanez Tubescreamer, Big Muff
Robotosaurus - not sure, but I'm hearing an ODB-3 there
