Aguilar Tone Hammer + Mad Prof Snow White Auto Wah....

Sign in to disble this ad
I am primarily a guitar player who happens to love playing bass and recently picked up the Tone Hammer based on the great info I got here at TB. I absolutely love the grindy yes type tones I am getting from this box.

Here's a short clip with the TH and the Mad professor Snow White Auto Wah, and towards the end is just the TH.

Used my Allen Woody bass and recorded this direct.

Sounds good. Glad to know there's some guitarists out there with the guilty closet bassist pleasure syndrome.

That sounds great.
If you have the time I'd love to hear the SWAW by itself on a few different settings.

Sounds good! The Auto Wah sounds like it's worth the price tag and the preamp has a great sound to it too! If I look into an envelope filter or a preamp for recording direct I'll know what to look at! Thanks for sharing.

I've had no interest in effects up until now!

I've got MP's distributor and one or two dealers in my town, so I guess I may be able to test it. The price is crazy, but I also think it may be worth it.

Well... I just returned my EBS Stanley Clarke bass wah and ordered a Snow White! I just have not been happy with the way the Stanley sounds. I've been trying real hard, but after hearing the Snow White on a few different clips (including this one), I've decided that the Stanley is too expensive to not be 100% happy with.
