Of course, being made by aguilar, the quality should be much greater than the EH pedal, which has an unconventional, and irritating power jack. Love the bassballs though, one of the coolest sounds you can get for $70. |

much as i've wanted to like it, I never found a "practical" use for the bassballs |

It helps you punchy through the mix like nothing else, even on its mellowest settings, you will be heard! To me its usefulness is like that of a phasar, envelope filter, chorus pedal, flange or any other tone modifying effect. It adds a cool flavor when you get your moment in the sun.
In general I have little use for any effects outside of overdrive or compression but this one has such a cool sound that I can't sell it. |
