He has been making pedals for awhile and seems like a neat guy. He designed the Devi Ever Bass Fuzz (Now Supermassive Black Hole).

He designed the Megalith for bass....but it sounds really killer on guitar too

I bought the new Shrinebuilder CD today and was trying to figure out what Al was using in a couple of songs.....after reading the liner notes i found out it was the Megalith

both Wino and Al are both using it and it sounds amazing on the record.....

read a couple of reviews on it and it seems to be well liked

I think I may have to buy a new toy...lol

p.s. i invited the builder to this thread hopefully he will respond

Well he accepted my friend request on Myspace, but no answer as to him stopping by to talk about this pedal yet.

Shrinebuilder came out on the 20th IIRC. Nad, you be falling behind LOL.

He lists the Megalith as $265 on http://www.myspace.com/mountainkingelectronics

This.... a noisebox...... damn. I see more fuzz shuffling a little ways in my future LOL

Wow, I'm an idiot. I checked the Myspork and everything, didn't notice a price.

I'm still collecting albums from the late '60s and early '90s, new releases generally slip by me for at least a couple of months.
