I'll pretend I don't have an opinion on relicing.

Tech21 discontinued the "Classic" SansAmp that this one is, minus the artwork ("Production suspended until further notice."). So if you want the original circuitry, is this one your only choice?

+1. Relic pedals is just silly. It doesn't look cool AT ALL. Guitars/basses on the other hand can look nice relic.

I wouldn't buy it :/

I've never understood relicing. I saw a 200$ squire that was reliced. He wanted 800$ for it. I could just buy the 200$ one get some sandpaper and lacquer. Prolly wouldn't cost me 300$

+1 to this pedal looking silly too.

To much of the lettering is gone IMHO

If people will buy an Ampeg Scramble for 500, then they will buy this.

You've seen one for $500? I've seen nothing short of $800-$1200 for awhile.

Interesting idea. Is this the first mainstream reliced pedal? I kind of like the idea a lot more than reliced guitars. Looking at the photo, I think the paint wear emulation is a little embelished. The MSRP of $375 seems optimistic. I guess I could answer this for myself with some research, but I'm curious about if those dip switches actually allow you to have 2^8 different sounds, or are some of the switches exclusive - practically-speaking or electronically - of each other.
