Amazing TonePrints Pedal Enhancement from TC Electronics

Sign in to disble this ad
TC Electronics intro'ed the coolest thing I've seen in a while to complement their Toneprints pedal line. Essentially, you can use an iPhone/iPad to load your Toneprint pedals with over 100 Toneprint options on the fly using an iPhone/iPad. The new smartphone app compiles all TonePrints for their TonePrint enabled pedals in one place and allows you to ‘beam’ new TonePrints to your pedals in a matter of seconds. No online access required to make it work. Access is free. And Asteroid support is soon to come. You can also do a firmware upgrade to make all of their current Toneprint pedals compatible with this new feature.

Even if you don't like their stuff, it's worth checking out! .... TC Electronic | TonePrint App

I love technology. I don't support TC Electronic. Neat idea though!

:: oh stop ::

I cannot WAIT until some other manufacturer does something that 'y'all jump on as sacrilegious. I own nothing by TC currently (just due to normal gear flux and flow), but I'm so sick and tired of any excuse to throw poop at TC over the past 3 months.

My beef w/ TC goes back two years. They treated me like **** when I was a customer.

I do notice a fair amount of TonePrint pedals - USED - on this site and others......

I have been privately wondering if there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction among users/buyers once the initial "shock and awe" of the pedals and their technology wears off..........

Geez this sounds BEYOND awesome. Makes me wish that I actually had some TC pedals besides my PolyTune.

They just happened to become a "flavor of the month" product. Kinda like Markbass. Awesome stuff but a lot fo people bought in because of hype. If my pedalboard wasn't full already I'm sure I would have one or two.
