If Digitech had included the 5th/Octave up harmony setting on the Whammy IV, none of this would be happening...

Too true. I think my Whammy IV is great, but I think that under the right circumstances, I would probably buy a Bass Whammy just for the 5th/octave up. And because it's made for bass
