Have you tried searching? This question gets asked quite a bit and everyone comes up with a great variety of different pedals to check out.

There is a very interesting thread going on these days on bass choruses, you'll find interesting suggestions in there. Also, a search will definitely help.

I generally find choruses to be broken down into two main types: the watery, warbley choruses (think Nirvana) and the cold, icy choruses that give you more of that 80's sound.
To me, that Analogman and Small Clone (which the analogman is based on) are very good at the first kind, but not the second. For the second, the Boss CE's are good, the EHX Clone Theory is very good although a bit noisy, and the old Boss Dimension C (DC-2) is absolutely the best. Although I'm currently running the Behringer clone of this for financial reasons. |

There is one available on e-bay for 100 $. I'm still going for the analogman, but it's interesting to see that Boss's old analog stuff still does the job.

You dont notice the noise in a live situation, but i wouldn't use it for recording. Its definately worth a look though. Otherwise i have been told that the normal Boss chorus pedals are better than the CEB-3, but dont hold me to this as i've never compared!

1) CE-5 (well defined, "sweet") is better than CEB-3 (subtle, somewhat cold)
2) The Analogman Chorus gets a lot of love on TB.
3) Small Clone/Clone Theory are pretty nice as well.
