Any one ever used the Boss Warranty?

Boss offers a 5 year warranty on pedals was wondering if anyone has ever used it. I noticed the 5 year warranty on the box for my dead ODB3 and it's still a couple of months to go.

Did you fill in the warranty card at the point of purchase and send it off to Boss ?

serial numbers save pedals.
they will likely honor warranty.

Ive never had one go bad. my last boss purchase they tried to sell me a extended warranty.
