Any one use the Maxon Sonic Distortion with bass?

I just tried it with guitar today, but didn't get the chance to try it with bass. Has anyone?

i have tried it on bass cuz i bought one for a guitarist friend of mine... i had it on test a few days before he picked it up...

its the same as boss distortion!!! nothing special!!! and lack of bottom!!! if you want a really good distortion try fat cat from ibanez no bottom loss even when tone is all the way up on treble side!!!
