Any pre pedals with sweepable mids?

as an alternative to purchasing/installing an on board pre w/sweepable frequency points, is there such a pedal type pre? this is for a fretless jazz style bass. i don't have the cash to pick up another acg pre, or even another used alembic activator, atm, and also don't want to mess with the jazz style control plate to change batteries...
