Hi. I recently bought a used SansAmp Bass DI. Could anyone out there explain to me exactly what the "Line Inst Output", "Phantom & Ground Connect" and "Line Inst XLR" switches do?

That's weird... I was just looking and couldn't find the maual either... weird because that's where I got my manual.
The two "line/inst(rument)" switches are for your two outputs (1/4" or xlr). "Line" is a hotter single (I found this out trying to figure out why my amp kept clipping... oppps). Switched it to "inst"... problem solved.
I wouldnt give up on the manual and if I run across it I will post the link.

Enjoy your new toy!

Ask Tech21 and they'll email you whatever manual you want - but the manual in question has already been linked to above.

But, you could also search here instead of the "all-seeing" google and you might come up with this incredibly useful post of mine!
