Anyone have any experience with a Vox VDL1 Looper?

Found a decent deal on the Vox VDL1 Dynamic Looper on Craigslist, but I can't find ANY information about how it handles bass frequencies. I've been interested in a decent looper for quite some time but the lack of info on how it handles a bass is really disheartening. Would love to hear some feedback if anyone has ANY experience plugging a bass into one of these before I head down and just try it out myself. Thanks, fellas.

Bump. Could really use some feedback before tomorrow!

Well, if anyone's interested: I picked it up after trying it out at the guys house. All in all the clean channel handles bass frequencies fine. A good portion of the built in effects, on the other hand, are NOT designed for bass, but that's really not that I'm using the thing for anyway. It's a little frustrating when I accidentally change presets and have to shut off the effects again. Kind of wish there was a way to permanently keep the pre-fx shut down (and yes, I know about the Lock button, but that doesn't work on the Program Up button, which is the main offender in this case). The looping itself feels nice and sounds fairly on point, at least for what I'm doing with it so far. The forward/reverse crossfader effect in particular will probably be my go-to sound on here. Also, with a LITTLE bit of maneuvering I accidentally discovered you can play a Minus the Bear style stomp box loop style through one of the loop channels (or both, but not simultaneously and with ample time to swap between them). It will require a bit of dexterity to nail perfectly, and doesn't seem to be an intended use of the pedal, but the option is there and sounds rather nice when utilized properly.

Thanks for reviewing it.
