Anyone have experience with the Markbass Super Booster Pedal?

I fell upon the Markbass Super Booster pedal on eBay while looking for all the different types of pedals available. I thought, since Markbass seems to be a pretty respectable name around here, how about trying this guy out? It has boost, tone control, and an XLR DI. That sounds like just the ticket for me. Peopel have commented on how they like the VLE and VLF for tone manipulation, and that's all I want to do... boost the signal a bit and tweak the tone.

Have any of you used this pedal, and what do you think? Will it go directly into a PA and sound good? How about attaching it between the bass and an amp?

Heres a link to Markbass website product overview:

Thanks

I use it as my clean direct (before pedals), It's a great DI/preamp If you are looking for only clean tone.

The filters work and sound the same as they do on my Markbass amp too and it's nice to be able to kick the VPF in for a slap part of a song.

Not the pedal itself but the filters on a MB combo are better than sex. Okay maybe not.

Do you have an existing pedal board, and if so, how do you power it? That pedal is 12v, which won't work with many pedal board power supplies.

Hi Guy, I usually use amps but thought if I gig with a band on the fly, I might be able to just run this to the PA from my bass. So no, I don't have a pedalboard. Thanks.

So, (sorry, dumb question here), but this will NOT work with my Onespot - correct?
