Anyone have a looperlative lp2 yet?

I know he just started shipping them out. I need some info on midi sync to tempo, etc. before I decide on one. No reponse yet on the forums... probably because theres only a about a dozen in existence at this moment...

I took a chance and ordered one a month ago and I absolutely love it. The instructions that it comes with are a bit vague for how powerful this can be as a MIDI synch device. My best guess is that the MIDI quantizes the loop to as close to beat as you actually set the loop yourself. I like the glitch edit replace functions as well as reverse and 1/2 & 1/4 time. You can layer and stretch and deconstruct on the fly. The MIDI synch seems to work pretty well with Ableton Live, here is a demo jam I did using it over a 151bpm drum beat so you can judge for yourself. Delay is the Malekko 616. http://soundcloud.com/chapel-peril-u...16-24bit-96khz

Hadn't heard they were coming out with a new model, cool! Is this LP2 a bigger/better version of the LP1, or a smaller/more cost-effective version?

I'm very much looking into this. The $300 price tag is a lot nicer than the INSANE 'Rang and Pigtronix prices.
