Anyone heard from Barge Concepts recently?

Sign in to disble this ad
I ordered a VFB-2 two months ago. As soon as I ordered I emailed Barge for an ETA and they emailed back saying there is a 3 week build time, and I now see that it says 4-5 weeks on their website.

I have emailed a few times in the past two weeks to see if theres any progress but they aren't replying.

Just curious if anyone has heard from Barge recently?

The same for me: I emailed them twice inquiring about a custom VFB: no reply!

I ordered a VFB a couple of months ago as well, and I haven't been having much luck getting in touch with them either. I've heard nothing but good things about them though, I'm not too worried, the anticipation on the other hand is killing me.

We don't have phones in New Zealand

On a serious note, I haven't called yet because it costs, but I know it might come to this eventually.

phone calls are normally the fastest and best way to go about these things.

no reply via e-mail

I e-mailed Geoff about a week ago re: repairing my defective VFB and there's been no response. Previous attempts to contact him were quite the opposite which is why I'm worried. I'll try them via phone and let you all know how that works.

Yes please, I'm thinking of ordering a batch of 2 DBs and 2 VFBs and would really hope they are still around.

Well, the pedal arrived today!

Really well built, I've only had a quick play but it seems really cool.

Yeah. Sometimes the Barge team gets extremely backed up with orders. When I got my custom VFB-2, it took quite a while. Geoff was able to send me an email every few weeks to let me know how everything was progressing though. I'm pretty interested in their envelope filter, wonder if it's gonna be anything like a Meatball...
