Danelectro doesn't have customer support as far as I can tell. I've never seen a phone number listed anywhere.

I discovered the following info online, and thought I'd pass it along:

From http://www.danguitars.com/contact.html

DanGuitars is not the Danelectro company. Please contact Evets Corporation customer service for all warranty issues @ (888) 643-8950.

----

Apparently, "Evets Corporation" either is/owns Danelectro.

Hope this helps,

Mike

If it's a warranty issue they will replace it, otherwise don't expect a fix. Buying a new one will be cheaper.

Aren't the Dano pedals like $20? I wouldn't even bother fixing it.

That's the Fab- line of pedals. They have other effects that are higher in price.
