Anyone know anything about PepTone Electronics Muff?

So I'm on another fuzz quest! My B:Assmaster isn't really doing it for me. I want something thicker that can achieve synthy huge madness! So...

I ran an ebay search on a muff trying to figure out what the rams heads were going for in the current state of the economy, and I saw a Russian Muff modded by a company called Peptone Electronics (www.peptoneelectronics.com). There was a video in the ebay link and I heard the muff and it sounds pretty killer, but I don't know anything about them and how it'd fair on bass.

Anyone know anything about these guys?

hmm...

Nothing? Looks like I may be the guinea pig then. I'll place an order in a few weeks and see if they can also add a wet/dry knob. I'll keep everyone posted. Wish me luck!

This quote from their site at least implies that its good for bass.

Quote:
For you Bass players and Tone freaks alike, we installed a Mid Cut Pot to allow you to control the Mids. Now you can boost the Mids or scoop'em for a true Big Muff tone (they are known for a scooped EQ).
