His tone is a really trebly distortion mixed with a really deep bassy clean tone. Blenders are your friend.

Any pedals you suggest for the overdrive/distortion?
And is there any other effect should I mix? or just the blender?

I have no knowledge about blender... any suggestion? Thanks^^

I think his tone functions well within the concept of Niacin - it allows him to fill the role of the bass while interjecting fills and lead bits on the fly without having to channel-switch or use different tones. The LIVE IN TOKYO DVD is a good example.
